Refund policy

On-Line Return Policy: 

Our refund policy is 15 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. On-Line Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If free shipping was included in your order, you will be refunded your original amount minus $10 (or the actual amount whichever is greater) for shipping.

How to Return: Contact us HERE with pre-approval your order number and reason for return. If the purchase meets the return criteria, we will issue a pre-paid shipping label to you via email. Your orginal form of payment will be credited less $8 for return shipping. We will notify you when the item is received and another email when the item(s) have been approved for refund

In-Store Return Policy:

 We will accept exchanges or returns for store credit only within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in original packaging. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period. We cannot accept returns on intimates or swim for sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
SALE items are FINAL Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. DONATION ITEMS are not eligible for return or exchange. SUNGLASSES are warranted for 15 days from the date of purchase. Jewelry repairs permitted on “By Menagerie” Jewelry only. GIFT CARDS are valid for 1 year. HOLIDAY gift receipts issued between 11/15-12/24 are valid for return/exchange until 1/15.
